As a registered user you can change or update any information or services associated with your profile.
By subscribing to one of our Premium Membership services you provide us with some personal information: your name, e-mail address, billing and shipping addresses. Your credit card information is secured and all online money transfers are made via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A systems. You certify that all information you provide is truthful and accurate. By using our services you also agree to update all your data if necessary so it remains up-to-date and accurate. You will always be notified of such actions in advance. You may also cancel your existing membership at any time and get a fair refund, if not stated otherwise during the registration/signing up process.
You can choose the way you want your subscription payments to be made. You can pay monthly, quarterly or annually with a possibility of a special automatic withdrawal function, when the appropriate amount will be withdrawn from your card or payment account automatically in specific time periods.
In the event that we terminate one of our Services you agree that Little Skylark may transfer your subscription to another Service. Alternatively, you will always have a possibility to cancel such terminated subscription plan and receive a refund.
Intellectual Property
The content on our website and in littleSkylark newsletter is protected by Czech and international copyright laws and is the property of Little Skylark or providers of the content under license, unless specifically stated otherwise. The term “Content” means any information, mode of expression or any other materials or services found on our website, in our newsletter or in our blog or forums.
For your personal non-commercial use you can make copies of the Little Skylark content. However, we implement the rule of one copy of any material maximum. Otherwise, you cannot copy, distribute, store or transmit the content from Little Skylark without receiving written permission from Little Skylark.
You retain the full copyright of any content you publish on our website in the blog or in the Forums. However, by posting content on our website, you agree that Little Skylark can republish anything you post. If you object to that, please, don’t publish any material on Little Skylark.
